COMPOSITION #2
COMPOSITION #3
The "second space" is constructed through the dynamic arrangement of trains and people. The tilted houses guide the line of sight, creating a sense of spatial displacement. The black and white sandy background intensifies the boundary between reality and illusion, while the suspended blue "sun" becomes a visual symbol connecting the two dimensions, giving the picture a dreamlike detachment.
Using the same materials but changing the combination logic: Multiple train carriages are arranged in a repetitive pattern, creating an effect of an infinitely extending tunnel. The crowd is reduced in size and dispersed around the building, creating a micro perspective of "being observed". The blue elements are transformed into luminous cracks on the ground, suggesting hidden underground spaces.
Only the silhouette of a single person and fragments of a house are retained. Through extensive blank spaces and exaggerated perspective distortions, the picture becomes more abstract. The blue "sun" is disassembled into scattered light dots, resembling floating quantum states, giving the work an open-ended interpretation with a sci-fi feel. The three works use the same set of materials, but through changes in composition logic, they explore various possibilities of spatial narrative.
