Title: Cyan Blue Coexistence: The Respiratory Bond Between Humans and the Sea
Summary of your design concept:
This lock screen theme is centered around the concept of "Cyan Blue Coexistence: The Respiratory Bond between Humans and the Sea". Through immersive blue gradient tones and dynamic marine elements (whales, jellyfish, octopuses, shells), the user's personal photos are naturally integrated into the deep-sea scene, creating a visual narrative of "Human-Sea Fusion". The design avoids straightforward slogans. Instead, it uses the marine biological communities surrounding the user and the deep and dim light to metaphorically illustrate the life-dependent relationship between humans and the ocean. Every time the screen is lit up, it evokes a dual perception of the fragility and magnificence of the ocean, conveying the urgency of protecting the ocean through silent visual language - safeguarding this blue is safeguarding the future of humanity itself.
I changed the circular part to a light purple gradient. If it were in blue, it would seem a bit monotonous. I also made the figure blend in with the glowing jellyfish and removed the dolphin, adding some shell decorations instead.
SUMMARY:
This creative lock screen poster centers on the theme of "Human-Ocean Symbiosis," employing a deep blue gradient background to evoke the vastness and mystery of the marine world. The design ingeniously integrates a human portrait with marine elements through translucent treatments and lighting effects, creating the illusion of being submerged in an underwater realm where whales glide, jellyfish float gracefully, octopuses drift elegantly, and scattered seashells complete the harmonious ecosystem. Avoiding overt environmental slogans, the artwork communicates the inseparable bond between humanity and the ocean purely through visual language: the gradient blue tones simultaneously showcase the ocean's magnificence and hint at its fragility; the encircling composition symbolizes the concept of a shared community of life; while the seamless blending of human and marine elements suggests that mankind is inherently part of this aquatic ecosystem. Utilizing the lock screen - a high-frequency daily interface - as its medium, each screen activation becomes a silent yet powerful reminder of marine conservation, awakening profound ecological awareness and a sense of responsibility in viewers.

This static poster creation made me realize that there are inherent limitations in the way graphic design conveys environmental protection concepts - although the gradient blue tones and the composition with living creatures successfully created the visual charm of the ocean, the one-way output form lacks a deep dialogue with the viewers. The whales are always frozen in the moment of leaping out of the water, and the plastic waste can only exist in symbolic form. I cannot allow the audience to personally experience the fragility of the marine ecosystem. This deficiency is precisely what prompted me to turn to dynamic media: true environmental awareness awakening requires creating an experience that allows people to "enter the picture", rather than just passively "watching the picture". In my next creation, I will try to embed more narrative threads in the static form, such as making the floating plastic bags form a more tense composition with the whales, or hinting at the time dimension in the visual hierarchy (such as the contrast between before and after coral bleaching), so that the two-dimensional plane can also tell a four-dimensional ecological story.
